Refund Policy

General policy
All ticket sales for Regalo Theatre Co. productions are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By purchasing tickets, you agree to this policy.
Cancelled performances
If a performance is cancelled by Regalo Theatre Co. and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement. We will make every effort to notify ticket holders via email as soon as a cancellation is confirmed.
Rescheduled performances
If a performance is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement by contacting us at hello@regalotheatre.com. Refund requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
Exchanges
We do not offer ticket exchanges between performances or between the 12 Angry Men and 12 Angry Women productions except at the discretion of Regalo Theatre Co. management. To inquire about an exchange, please contact us at hello@regalotheatre.com at least 72 hours before your ticketed performance.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Tickets are non-refundable for late arrivals or no-shows. Seating of late arrivals is at the discretion of venue staff and may not be possible until a suitable break in the performance.
Lost or stolen tickets
Regalo Theatre Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you believe your tickets have been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@regalotheatre.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Accessible seating
If you purchased standard tickets and require accessible seating, please contact us at hello@regalotheatre.com at least 48 hours before your performance and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability, subject to availability.
Donations
All donations made to Regalo Theatre Co. are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at hello@regalotheatre.com within 48 hours and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
