Our commitment
Regalo Theatre Co. is committed to ensuring that our website and productions are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Website accessibility
We have taken steps to ensure that regalotheatre.com is accessible to users with disabilities, including providing alternative text for images, ensuring sufficient color contrast, and structuring content so it can be navigated by keyboard or screen reader. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our site.
Performance venue accessibility
The Hive Collaborative in Provo, Utah, our performance venue for the October 2026 season, offers accessible seating and facilities for patrons with disabilities. Please contact us in advance of your visit if you require specific accommodations so we can ensure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
Assistive technology
Our website is designed to be compatible with assistive technologies including screen readers, voice recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation. If you experience any difficulty accessing content on our site using assistive technology, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some older content or third-party integrated services such as our ticketing platform may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are working to address these limitations and welcome feedback on areas for improvement.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and productions. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at hello@regalotheatre.com or through our contact page. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 or file a complaint at ada.gov.
